I have a question about your service - Can I contact you before ordering?

Absolutely! I encourage people to contact me before ordering if they're in doubt about anything. Simply click the Contact Seller button and I'll respond ASAP (normally within a few hours).

Do you offer drawing? Can you draw me a custom image for my logo?

Yes! All of my packages include custom illustrations if you're looking for one in your design! I do have a particular style, so please be sure to check my sample works before ordering so you're clear on the style I draw in.

What are the Unlimited Revisions offered on the Premium Package?

The Unlimited Revisions means you receive unlimited edits to your design. My Premium Package includes 2 Logo Concepts - You simply pick the one you like best and instruct me on how you'd like it changed, as many times as you wish! Revisions are offered to you until the order is marked as complete.

What if I am not happy with the artwork - Do you refund me?

Unfortunately not. Once I have done the work, refunds are not granted. However, you're entitled to as many edits to the one presented design as the package you've chosen offers, so you have the ability to modify it as you wish. I maintain a 99% success rate to date, with 5000+ happy customers :)

Which Package is Right For Me?

What do I need to get started?

After an order is placed you will need to fill a short and simple brief with the following information: 1. Company name, 2. Tagline/Slogan (if needed), 3. Short company description, 5. Specific ideas/imagery in mind, 6. Typography preferences, 7. Sample logos you like or references.

What are considered Custom Drawings?

When you select the Basic Package you will get a Basic Logo, examples of these are done with banners, stars, basic shapes, text, etc). In case you need a more complex or customized design you would need to choose a higher package.

What is included in Social Media Kit?

Customized graphics featuring your logo for use on social platforms as cover Image or profile picture in JPG formats.
