- Describe Dillpo as a marketplace connecting clients with graphic designers for various design services. Specify that users (both clients and designers) agree to comply with these terms and conditions by using the platform. 2. *User Eligibility*
- Users must be at least 18 years old to register. If users are between 13 and 17, they can use the platform only under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian who owns the account. Users agree to provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws while using Dillpo.
3. *Account Responsibilities*
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account information, including username and password. They are accountable for all actions taken under their account, whether by themselves or by any third party. If they suspect unauthorized access to their account, they must notify Dillpo immediately.
4. *Service Offerings (Gigs or Listings)*
- Graphic designers (referred to as “Sellers”) can create service listings (“Gigs”) showcasing their skills and the services they offer. Each Gig must accurately represent the service, with clear details on pricing, delivery time, and revisions. Sellers should refrain from misleading descriptions or making exaggerated claims. Dillpo reserves the right to remove any Gig that violates its policies.
5. *Payment Terms and Fees*
- Clients (“Buyers”) must pay for services in advance through Dillpo’s secure payment system. Dillpo takes a percentage-based service fee for each transaction. Sellers receive 90% of the order price upon successful completion and approval. Earnings are made available to Sellers after a processing period (e.g., 14 days) to ensure service quality and allow for dispute resolution if necessary.
6. *Order Fulfillment and Deadlines*
- Sellers are expected to deliver services as described and within the specified delivery time. Buyers are encouraged to provide all necessary information at the start of the order to facilitate timely delivery. Failure to deliver on time may result in cancellation by the Buyer and can affect the Seller’s account status. Repeated delays or incomplete deliveries can lead to account suspension.
7. *Dispute Resolution and Refund Policy*
- In the event of a dispute, users can access Dillpo’s Resolution Center to mediate and find a solution. If unresolved, Dillpo’s Customer Support team may intervene. Refunds are granted in certain situations, such as non-delivery or delivery that fails to meet agreed-upon terms. Refunds may be issued as credits on the platform unless otherwise agreed.
8. *Prohibited Content and Services*
- Dillpo prohibits listings or actions that involve illegal activities, fraudulent services, or violate intellectual property rights. Content promoting hate speech, violence, harassment, or adult material is strictly banned. Sellers are responsible for ensuring their services comply with all applicable laws and do not infringe on third-party rights. Violations can result in the removal of content or account termination.
9. *Intellectual Property Rights*
- Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, upon completion and full payment, Buyers receive rights to the work delivered. Sellers retain the rights to showcase their work in their portfolios unless the Buyer requests otherwise. Sellers must ensure they have full rights or permissions to use any third-party materials included in their work.
10. *Termination of Account*
- Dillpo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. Accounts may also be terminated for repeated cancellations, disputes, or failure to provide services as agreed. Users may terminate their account voluntarily, but any ongoing orders must be completed or canceled before doing so.
11. *Privacy and Data Use*
- Dillpo respects users’ privacy and handles personal information according to its Privacy Policy. This policy explains how Dillpo collects, stores, and uses user data, including any information shared in messages or posted on the platform. Users agree to the use of cookies and other tracking technologies as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. *Limitation of Liability*
- Dillpo is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or reputation. Dillpo does not guarantee uninterrupted service or assume responsibility for actions taken by third-party users or other issues beyond its control.
13. *Modification of Terms*
- Dillpo reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. If significant changes are made, Dillpo will notify users via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after the changes have been published implies acceptance of the revised terms.
