Below is our comprehensive guide outlining how we define, monitor, and maintain quality across the Dillpo ecosystem.


1. Our Definition of Quality

We define quality by a combination of:

  • Professionalism: Timely communication, respectful behavior, and expert execution.
  • Consistency: Meeting the same high standard across all orders or services.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring the client is fully satisfied with the outcome.

Whether you’re delivering a graphic design, coding a website, managing social media, or writing content — our platform expects your best.


2. Service Quality Standards

Each service listed on Dillpo must meet the following basic standards:

  • Clear Description: Your service must have a clear, specific title and a detailed description.
  • Portfolio or Examples: Upload at least one relevant example (image, video, or document) showcasing past work or expected output.
  • Delivery Time: The delivery time you set must be realistic. Late delivery affects your profile rating.
  • Revisions Policy: Be transparent about how many revisions are included.

If your service doesn’t match the description or fails to meet expectations, Dillpo reserves the right to investigate and issue refunds.


3. Order Quality Review Process

To maintain platform integrity, we follow a two-layer quality review process:

a) Automated Checks

  • Plagiarism detection on text-based services.
  • File format, resolution, and virus-scan checks on uploaded deliverables.

b) Human Moderation

Our quality assurance team may randomly check high-value or newly published services to ensure:

  • You’re not copying other sellers' services.
  • Work delivered is original and aligned with buyer instructions.

If your account is flagged for repeated quality issues, it may be paused or suspended.


4. Buyer Feedback and Ratings

Every buyer has the opportunity to rate their experience on four key metrics:

  • Overall Satisfaction

We encourage detailed reviews. Reviews with evidence (screenshots, explanations) are especially helpful in identifying high- or low-quality trends. Sellers consistently rated under 3.0/5 may face account warnings or restrictions.


5. Reporting Low Quality Work

Buyers may open a dispute if:

  • The service was not delivered as described.
  • Work is incomplete or unusable.
  • Communication was unprofessional or absent.

Dispute tickets are resolved by our resolution team within 3–7 business days. We always prioritize fairness and transparency in our review process.


6. Revisions & Refund Policy

We encourage sellers to offer at least one free revision per order. However, if work continues to fall below quality expectations even after revisions, buyers may:

  • Request a refund within 3 days of order completion.
  • Provide specific feedback before making a dispute.

Dillpo may override automatic payouts in case of severe quality violations.


7. Platform Quality Protection (PQP)

Our Platform Quality Protection (PQP) system is designed to:

  • Protect buyers from scams or poor service.
  • Support sellers who consistently deliver excellent work.
  • Penalize spammers, low-effort gigs, and duplicate listings.

Sellers with high PQP scores will be promoted in search, rewarded with badges, and considered for premium programs.


8. Security & Content Authenticity

All files uploaded via Dillpo are securely stored and scanned for:

  • Malware or phishing attempts
  • Copyright infringement
  • AI-generated content without disclosure

We promote ethical use of AI and require proper disclosure when AI tools are used in service creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.).


9. How to Maintain Quality as a Seller

  • Always overdeliver when possible.
  • Communicate with buyers clearly and frequently.
  • Avoid copying or using templates without customizing.
  • Be transparent about limitations and timelines.
  • Collect reviews and improve based on feedback.
