What is logo transparency or PNG file?
PNG file has no background. It is a transparent background format. So you can upload the same on your website, on your blog etc.
Are your designs original and unique?
Yes, All my designs are 100% unique. I design from scratch. No clipart No template.
What is 3D mockup/image?
The 3D mockup/image which is useful for getting a realistic print view of the logo design. The images or mockups in preview file is not included in the main file.
Logo has a Watermark on it. How to remove that one?
It is simple. Just Mark that order complete.> After that Refresh your page.>You will see it's not there.
If Order Marked as Complete by Fiverr Do I Still get Revisions?
No, you don't, Our Work is protected by Fiverr till the order gets marked as complete by you or in case you are not online, it will be marked by fiverr after 3 days. This case, all the Revisions will also be gone and in order to change anything in the logo, you will have to place another order.
