What is a graphic element?
Something you want drawn in the logo e.g.: a feather, a leaf, a flower etc. A full body animal or full body human can count as standard or sophisticated depending on the artistic style in which you want it to be drawn. For inherently complex elements such as these please contact me before buying.
What is your refund policy?
You will be eligible for a refund if I have not followed some or any of your requirements. In such cases, if my delivery is not conform to any of the requirements you provided then you can request, and will get from me, a full refund no questions asked.
What does a revision include?
A revision includes adjustments of the current design such as color, fonts corrections or rearrangements of the existing elements. A revision does not include new drawings or redesign of the logo from a scratch.
Do you offer complete branding package?
Yes, my complete branding package can be done by adding the respective extras such as stationary and social kit.
What is included in the social media kit?
The social media kit includes ready to use covers, banners, posts for any social media platform you use. These are all derivatives of the main logo. Each kit includes up to 5 banners.
What is included in the stationary?
The stationary includes a 2 sided business card and a letterhead. It is delivered in ready to print pdf files.
What is the vector file?
The vector file is the format of the resizable logo so that when you resize it doesn't get distorted or lose quality. If you need to print the logo on large surfaces or on merchandize such as t-shirts, mugs and so on it is recommended to buy the vector file.
Do you reproduce or revamp existing logos?
I do not recreate existing logos or revise existing designs. All my logos are done from scratch. I do not copy existing designs and if you have an old logo that you like but want to revamp then this is not the gig for you as that's not a service I offer.
What if after your delivery I change my mind and want something else drawn completely?
In that case you will have to buy an additional concept. The cost for the new concept will depend on what you want drawn instead. As long as you acknowledge the gig description I will do my best to help you in every way I can to keep additional costs to a minimum.
