How many logo concept i will get?

It depends on the package you select. It will include 1-3 unique logos for the same brand/logo text. If you have different brand name or text, kindly order multiple gigs respectively. Against the single gig you will get logos for one name/text.

Why i need vector or source file?

These are the original files of your logo, Using these files you can edit your logo or colors and resize it to any size without loosing resolution. These files are necessary for the best printing results.

Usually I provide multiple concepts (based on the pack you choose) so the client can choose their favorite logo. I always provide final files for selected one. But if you want to get files for more than one logo, please check gig's extra for additional logos and files.
