What do you need to start working on my logo ?

After ordering my gig you will see some questions which are very important for me to get answer on it. Based on these, I will understand better your business, what you are looking, and then create a logo. If you have some doubts or specific request, you can always "contact me".

Which package is perfect according to my needs?

You can find information about each package just below the package name. If you are still not sure which one to chose, you can 'contact me' and send me your needs and I will suggest you whether to go with a package or a custom offer.

What I can expect from Basic package ?

You will get same quality logo, but you need to share with me some idea how logo should look, my job is to bring that idea to life. I can't share my own ideas/concepts with basic package.

What are the formats will I receive my final deisgn in?

I create you enough format that would get you started online & offline (for printing use). Files in .png and .jpeg for website use, high-resolution image for printing Adobe illustrator (.AI format), EPS (postscript format). Contact me if you need any extra format file.

How does your design process work?

If you already have a design concept in mind, you can mention that in order requirements. Sometimes there need to be many revision / attempts until we get in right direction. Your feedback/guidelines after every my attempt are very important in this process.

Do I really get unlimited revisions ?

YES! But please note that "revision" refers to modifying that I have already created (changing colors, font, adjustments, etc). A revision doesn't mean a completely brand new concept/look.

Do I get copyrights for logo you made ?

Yes as per fiverr TOS, When purchasing a gig and once order get completed, buyers are granted all rights for the delivered work.

What is refund policy?

My time and effort are already spent on every concept/revision I provided, nobody get me that back so I do not offer a refund but for sure I respect your money.
