What logo style do you offer?
What logo style do you offer? I only create 2D mascot logos, that means no 3D or realistic logos.
What if I don't have any solid idea regarding what I want?
Don't worry about that, I try to stay active 24/7 and welcome the communication regarding the ideas so we can discuss before we start.
Does THREE CONCEPTS mean I will be receiving THREE MASCOT LOGOS?
Three concepts doesn't mean three different logos. It's the same logo sent with two other variants to be used as stand alone logos, like one main logo will be sent to you of course and the two other variants of that same logo (let's say text alone and mascot alone)
What is Social Media Kit?
In social media kit you will receive your logo in all the dimensions of social media sites you use so you can use your logo on those websites without any resizing issues.
Does EXPRESS DELIVERY mean you will complete the logo within 24 hours even if revisions are asked?
Express delivery means you will receive first preview within 24 hours, revisions can take longer depending upon the complexity of your design, rest assure we will keep your order in our priority list.
What does Unlimited Concept Revisions mean?
That means we can work on the design as many times as you want sticking to the same idea you proposed initially. Though, that doesn't cover rework on the design from scratch in the middle of the process.
What if I'm not happy with the delivery?
I welcome all the changes from client's side and try my best to fulfil the requirements. You can always tell me about EVERYTHING you wish to be added into the design to make it PERFECT for you. Can ask for Unlimited concept revisions till you are satisfied. If you're still not happy, we'll refund :)
What would stationery design include?
Stationery design would include either Jersey or a Paper mock-up.
Will the Premium Package also cover Copyrights Transfer Document?
All my work is 100% original, and my premium package guarantees exclusive copyright; but in order to generate the Copyrights Transfer Document you would need to purchase that from my Gig Extras
