FAQ

What information do you need for me to get started?

After checkout, there will be an order form that will ask for additional information that will allow me to create the design you're looking for. It will ask for information like font preferences, phrases, colors, graphics (if applicable) as well as stylistic examples.

For your Standard / Premium packages, can I order different designs?

Yes! The standard package is good for three different designs and the premium package is good for 5 different designs. Please see package breakdown above as to what a $10 design includes.

Can you design for Teespring / Amazon Merch / Spreadshirt / etc?

Yes! I have experience designing for all kinds of tshirt companies. I follow guidelines that are pretty universal, but ask that if you're printer has specific requirements, that you include them with your order.

What counts as a revision?

Revisions are adjustments/tweaks to the delivered concept. This can be colors, positioning, size, minor font updates and other requests that can be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Redesigns are NOT covered under my revision policy and will require the purchase of an additional design concept.

What size and resolution are the files?

All JPGs and PNGs are exported on a 15"x15" art board at 300 DPI which is perfect for printing. I create all my files in Illustrator, so if you purchase source files, they will be scalable to any size you need. PLEASE NOTE: The PNG files will have the transparent background you need to print.

Will you add a graphic / illustration to my design?

I do offer a gig extra to add a graphic to your order, however, I encourage you to get in touch with me before ordering to confirm if I can provide what you are looking for.

Why do I have to provide references?

Visual references are the best way to show me the style/aesthetic you are looking to achieve with your design(s). This gives me a starting point to create designs tailored specifically for you.

Do you provide file formats other than JPG/PNG?

While JPG/PNG files are the most common for t-shirt printing, I do provide other formats. Some printers need vector files and I have a gig extra that can be added on at checkout.
