Why do I need to contact you before ordering this gig?

There are a lot of factors that go into creating a website. My availability, your availability, your requirements, and content, etc. Before we commit to a project, we need to be sure that all the pieces are in place and that I can deliver what you need.

What do you need to get started?

First and most important, I will need to know as much as possible about you and your business, that way I'll be able to make you a site that truly represents you. Other than that, I will need access to your hosting account or existing WordPress website

Do you provide web hosting?

Web hosting is not included in this gig. Send me a message and I can help you select the right hosting platform for your needs.

How will we communicate?

As with any project, timely and thorough communication is the key to success! During your project, I'll be available through the Fiverr messaging system, by phone, or via video conference. During our kickoff, we'll also schedule regular checkpoints so we can stay in touch.

How do I send you my content for the website?

You can send me your sample design file, PSD or any link. You can also upload any media/images/etc. to Fiverr. The process is simple and I'm happy to help if you get stuck.

Do you provide support for the website?

I provide support after the website is completed. Additionally, I can also create a support package for ongoing support if desired.

What information do you need from me to get started?

1- Wordpress / Domain / Hosting access 2- Business Details 3- All content (text, images) Your logo and any branding guidelines. (if it's not ready i can put dummy content or can help in generating as per your requiremet) 4- Examples of websites you like (for design inspiration)

Do I need to provide the WordPress theme or plugins?

I can work with free themes/plugins or recommend premium options based on your needs. But If you require premium themes or plugins, you will need to purchase the licenses. We can discuss this before starting the project.

Can you assist with domain name registration and web hosting?

Although domain and hosting registration are usually the client's responsibility, I'm happy to offer guidance and recommendations. Please note that hosting setup is included in the Standard and Premium packages of the gig.

Do you provide support after the website is delivered?

After delivery, I offer a 14 period of complimentary support to fix any bugs or issues directly related to the work I performed. Ongoing maintenance, updates, or adding new features after this period would require a new order or a custom maintenance plan.
