Should I contact you before ordering?

YES! You absolutely should, before placing an order let's discuss what you need so I can give you an exact price for any custom work you might require! You will receive a reply in under 24 hours!

Is all the work custom created?

Yes, all the work delivered is custom made and just for you by a professional designer!

What do I need to provide?

What do I need to provide? For whatever piece you want designed (flyer, ad, postcard, banner, etc...) I will need to know SIZE (pixels, cms, or inches) you want it to be in, and the CONTENT to include (text, any images or I can provide some, and logos if any)

Do you provide .ai or .eps files?

Yes I do upon request! Contact me through inbox with your specific request and let me know exactly as the vector file costs extra! The source files on the gig will be PSD unless I state otherwise beforehand!

What happens if I don't provide initial requirements?

You have 60 days to fill out the requirements. If you fail to provide the size and content you need for your piece, a standard one sided 8.5x11" flyer template will be designed and delivered, which you can later use to fill with your own contents. So make sure you fill out the initial requirements!

What does the source file extra include?

The source file extra includes one unit of a PSD file. This means one file. If you order a double sided flyer, the source files would be $20 ($10 per side).

Does this include bifold or trifolds?

Will you keep my work confidential

Not by default! Your work will be shown on my portfolio or sent to other clients who are looking for similar work in the form of samples. If you want me to keep your work confidential please let me know beforehand!
